Sale Terms
- 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the selling price.
- A $25,000 bidder deposit will be required to pre-qualify for online bidder access. This pre-approved personal or company check, made payable to Benton-Franklin Title Company, must be delivered to Western Real Estate Auctions, 31 Eltopia West Road, Eltopia, WA to secure bidder participation.
- The earnest money deposit, equal to 10% of the purchase price, will be required within 48 hours of the close of the online auction in the form of a cashiers check made payable to Benton-Franklin Title Company. The $25,000 bidder deposit check will be applied to that percentage.
- Cash at closing on or before 30 days, no later than September 18, 2009.
